Expanded Learning Program Acceptance and Parent Information 

Dear Parents/Guardians, 

We are pleased to inform you our Expanded Learning Program (ELP) will start Monday August 24th, if your child has been accepted into the program. 

While attending ELP, staff will assist students with some homework. Students will also have recess and snack time. To ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone, all students are expected to exhibit that Firebird Pride and behavior!

Program Hours:  Monday–Friday: 3:00 PM–5:30 PM 

Please be prompt when picking up your child. Late pickups may result in a late fee.

 Program Fees 

•  Expanded Learning Program: $20 per week, per child 

•  Expanded Learning Program and Morning Care: $25 per week, per child 

Payments are due every Monday. Payment is required even if your child does not attend for the entire week or only attends a few days. Payment is not required during Christmas Break and Spring Break.
